Mansehra – The body of the young girl, who was swept away into a drain from Akbar Khan Road yesterday, has been recovered from Bhairkund Doli.
Details of the Incident
Yesterday, a mother and daughter were swept away by stormwater on Akbar Khan Road during heavy rainfall. The mother's body was subsequently found near the Lari Adda (bus terminal), while the search for the girl was ongoing.
Recovery of the Body
According to Rescue 1122, the girl's body was found at Bhairkund. The rescue team recovered the body and, following necessary formalities, transported it via a Rescue 1122 ambulance to King Abdullah Hospital, Mansehra.
